    <content type="html">So today I've managed to eat practically nothing. I didn't goto college so I stayed in bed till 11.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've only eaten about 270 calories all day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've had:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tomarto &amp;amp; Lenti Soup - 204 calories&lt;br /&gt;Cake - 64 Calories&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;and I've drank water all day (had about 2 1/2 litres so far)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tomorrow im going to try and just eat 200 calories.. If I can do that then on wednesday I will try and not eat anything.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've lost weight aswel :O Only like 3lbs but its better than nothing. Just gota loose 14 and im back down to 14 stone wooot.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Goals (I cbbt o translate this to pounds)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First goal - get back to 14 stone&lt;br /&gt;2nd goal - 13 stone&lt;br /&gt;3rd goal&amp;nbsp; - 12 1/2 stone&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Will make more goals once I reach those.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My final goal though is 8 stone.</content>

    <content type="html">I've decided I mines aswel use this for a diet journal thingiemajiggy.. Then maybe I can help see where I'm going wrong in my diet, as I'm not looseing weight :/&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Since the start of 2008 I've put on 17lbs. I started off quite well, I lost about 9lbs in a few days and I thought I was doing well.. Then BOOM, 17lbs hit me soon as I thought I was doing well. So I've put on 1 and a half stone, meaning I'm now 15 and a half stone.. Its really pissing me off. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I remember when I hit 11 stone, I nearly killed myself... Then before I know it I was 13, I blinka nd im 14. Now I blink and im nearly 16!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I just hope I can get down to 13stone before my birthday.. If not I won't be going out for Sushi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I've eaten:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch:&lt;br /&gt;Pork&lt;br /&gt;Potatoes&lt;br /&gt;Sprouts&lt;br /&gt;Carrots&lt;br /&gt;Peas&lt;br /&gt;Pudding - Chocolate cheesecake&lt;br /&gt;Comment: I hate cooked dinners &amp;amp; I hate my parents for forcing me into eating the cheesecake. They tell me I need to loose weight, so I do and then they tell me I'm not eating enough.. ARGh can never win!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Snacks:&lt;br /&gt;Yoghurt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've done kinda well today, I always try and eat little on sundays as lunch is full of calories &amp;amp; i always feel ill after it. Although I nearly had a cake, but I had to make it myself &amp;amp; got put off by the amount of calories in it (1502).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have had some other stuff, 2 cookies but i just chew&amp;amp;spit those now. I only want them for the taste, so I chew it for about 5 seconds then spit it when no ones looking. Seems to work wonders, wish I tried it ealier + it tastes disgusting after a few seconds so I'm not eating as many as I used to.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My mums gone into hospital for a few days, should be out wednesday so I might get to loose a lot of weight. im going to try n do her pre-op diet,s he lost nearly a stone on it in thelast week. I might try to do it for a month or so.. Then matybe ill get to be a size 14..</content>
