So today I've managed to eat practically nothing. I didn't goto college so I stayed in bed till 11.

I've only eaten about 270 calories all day.

I've had:

Tomarto & Lenti Soup - 204 calories
Cake - 64 Calories

and I've drank water all day (had about 2 1/2 litres so far)

Tomorrow im going to try and just eat 200 calories.. If I can do that then on wednesday I will try and not eat anything.

I've lost weight aswel :O Only like 3lbs but its better than nothing. Just gota loose 14 and im back down to 14 stone wooot.

Goals (I cbbt o translate this to pounds)

First goal - get back to 14 stone
2nd goal - 13 stone
3rd goal  - 12 1/2 stone

Will make more goals once I reach those.

My final goal though is 8 stone.

I've decided I mines aswel use this for a diet journal thingiemajiggy.. Then maybe I can help see where I'm going wrong in my diet, as I'm not looseing weight :/

Since the start of 2008 I've put on 17lbs. I started off quite well, I lost about 9lbs in a few days and I thought I was doing well.. Then BOOM, 17lbs hit me soon as I thought I was doing well. So I've put on 1 and a half stone, meaning I'm now 15 and a half stone.. Its really pissing me off.

I remember when I hit 11 stone, I nearly killed myself... Then before I know it I was 13, I blinka nd im 14. Now I blink and im nearly 16!!

I just hope I can get down to 13stone before my birthday.. If not I won't be going out for Sushi.

Today I've eaten:

Lunch:
Pork
Potatoes
Sprouts
Carrots
Peas
Pudding - Chocolate cheesecake
Comment: I hate cooked dinners & I hate my parents for forcing me into eating the cheesecake. They tell me I need to loose weight, so I do and then they tell me I'm not eating enough.. ARGh can never win!

Snacks:
Yoghurt

I've done kinda well today, I always try and eat little on sundays as lunch is full of calories & i always feel ill after it. Although I nearly had a cake, but I had to make it myself & got put off by the amount of calories in it (1502).

I have had some other stuff, 2 cookies but i just chew&spit those now. I only want them for the taste, so I chew it for about 5 seconds then spit it when no ones looking. Seems to work wonders, wish I tried it ealier + it tastes disgusting after a few seconds so I'm not eating as many as I used to.

My mums gone into hospital for a few days, should be out wednesday so I might get to loose a lot of weight. im going to try n do her pre-op diet,s he lost nearly a stone on it in thelast week. I might try to do it for a month or so.. Then matybe ill get to be a size 14..
